MaLiGaYaNg PaSkO !!!

It's been quite sometime since i had my last post.
Sometimes I visit my blog but never had ample time to even drop a line for a new subject.
Christmas is near but unlike the previous years this time I don't feel keyed up at all.
What do you think could be the reasons!?!
Hmmnn...Let me lay down some personal reasons.
--- I don't live with my family anymore.
--- My Xmas vacation is shorter now because of work schedule.
--- My parents are not yet in good terms with each other.
--- I miss having a boyfriend.
--- Or maybe just due to the sad Xmas atmosphere I feel all over.
I may not be very exulted on this Christmas season yet I've got all the reasons to SMILE and be THANKFUL. And if i have to count the reasons then, it shall be thousand folds greater than my list above.
And for this and for whatever it is, I wanna shout to the world -

Control Your DOPAMINE and/or SERATONIN

Laughing is a sign of joyous release and pleasure.
Therefore, laughing is good.
It is an obvious behavioral display that adds dynamics to human interactions.
It is an inherent social behavior,
yet not a sort of mysterious emotion that cannot be controlled.
Laughing can also become a nuisance
especially when someone does it UPROARIOUSLY in the wrong place.
In this sense laughing can be considered as a noise.
Sometimes we think we are just plainly being happy about something
– We laugh till we drop!
. . .but, we never know when we annoy people in our vicinity.
When our laughing becomes noise – a sound undesirable by the recipient
as defined by Mr. Webster,
it certainly becomes distraction or disturbance.
Apparently, there are people who become irascible
when they come across a noisy atmosphere.
Hence, it’s a boon to be mindful of the right place to make noise
. . .that gets us out of trouble, too.
